Described as 185,000 square feet of genius, North Carolina State University’s Plant Science Building serves as the new hub for the North Carolina Plant Sciences Initiative. The facility fosters interdisciplinary collaboration among university experts, corporate, and government partners. Its state-of-the-art infrastructure supports innovative, team-based problem-solving, positioning it as a leader in advancing agricultural science.

The facility incorporated a variety of flooring systems in critical laboratories. To prevent any possibility of moisture related failure, Vapor Lock 20/20 concrete admixture was implemented throughout the project.
